1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), organisation and team membership, product usage, and settings you configure. If you subscribe, our payment provider (Paystack) processes your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, manage your organisation and subscriptions, provide the products you use, and send you service-related emails (such as security notices or password resets). We don't sell your data.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the platform: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Paystack (payment processing), and Vercel (application hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
4. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records (for example, billing history) for legal or tax purposes.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you're in South Africa, you also have rights under POPIA; if you're elsewhere, your local data protection law may give you similar rights.

7. Security
We use industry-standard practices (encrypted connections, access-controlled databases) to protect your data, but no system is completely secure — we can't guarantee absolute security. See our Security page for more detail.
